1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing iknowppc.com, joining our waitlist, or enrolling in any cohort or programme offered by iKnowPPC (operated by 819 Digital), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

iKnowPPC offers:

• Live Cohort Programme — a structured, instructor-led online cohort covering Google Search Ads, delivered via Zoom
• Recorded Content — session recordings hosted on Graphy, available with lifetime access
• Educational Resources — templates, checklists, and guides shared during the cohort
• Community Access — a private WhatsApp group for cohort students
• Certificate — a digital certificate of completion upon finishing the cohort and final assignment

3. Enrolment and Access

• Enrolment is confirmed only upon successful payment through Payment Gateway.
• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee enrolment. It reserves your place in the priority queue.
• Access to Graphy recordings and the WhatsApp community will be provided within 48 hours of confirmed payment.
• Each enrolment is for a single individual only. Sharing login credentials or recordings is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to limit cohort batch size at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.
• A GST invoice will be issued for all payments where applicable.
• EMI options are subject to availability on your credit card through payment gatway.
• Prices may change between cohort batches. The price at time of your enrolment is final.

5. Cohort Schedule and Delivery

• Live sessions are held on Zoom. The schedule will be shared in advance.
• iKnowPPC reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Students will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
• If a session is cancelled or rescheduled, a makeup session will be provided or the recording will cover all content.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes — results depend on your effort, implementation, and individual circumstances.

6. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Participate respectfully in live sessions and the WhatsApp community
• Not record, share, or redistribute session recordings without written permission
• Not copy or reproduce curriculum materials, templates, or resources for commercial use
• Provide accurate information during enrolment
• Complete assignments to be eligible for the certificate

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the cohort — including session recordings, slide decks, templates, checklists, and written materials — is the intellectual property of iKnowPPC / Rohit Gupta.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use these materials for your own learning and professional development. You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Share your login or access credentials with others
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute cohort sessions or materials
• Use the community or platform to promote competing services
• Harass, abuse, or disrespect the instructor or fellow students
• Post false reviews or misleading claims about the programme

Violation may result in immediate removal from the cohort without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

iKnowPPC / Rohit Gupta shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Technical issues with third-party platforms (Zoom, Graphy, Razorpay, WhatsApp)
• Any financial losses arising from campaigns run based on knowledge gained in the cohort
• Loss of business, revenue, or data

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the cohort.

10. Disclaimers

iKnowPPC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Google LLC.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the cohort and community if you violate these terms. In cases of serious misconduct, no refund will be issued. For other terminations initiated by us, a pro-rata refund may be provided at our discretion.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably via email. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Students enrolled in an ongoing cohort will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.

1. Our Refund Philosophy

We believe in the quality of this cohort and stand behind it. At the same time, because this is a live, small-batch programme with limited seats, we need clear and fair guidelines to protect both students and the business.

2. Eligibility for a Full Refund

You are eligible for a 100% full refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of payment, AND
• You have attended 2 or fewer live sessions, AND
• You have not downloaded or accessed the majority of shared templates and resources

To request a refund, email support@iknowppc.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]" and your payment receipt. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• More than 7 days have passed since payment
• You have attended 3 or more live sessions
• You have accessed and downloaded a majority of the cohort resources
• You are requesting a refund due to lack of time, change of mind after the refund window, or dissatisfaction after full consumption of content
• Access was revoked due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions

4. What Happens After a Refund?

If a refund is approved:

• Your access to live sessions will be revoked immediately
• Your access to Graphy recordings will be removed
• You will be removed from the WhatsApp community
• Your seat will be released to the next person on the waitlist

5. Session Cancellation or Rescheduling by iKnowPPC

If we cancel the cohort entirely before it begins, you will receive a 100% full refund within 7 business days.

If we reschedule individual sessions, no refund is issued — a makeup session or recording will be provided instead.

If we need to cancel mid-cohort for reasons within our control, we will offer either:

• A pro-rata refund for the remaining sessions, OR
• Full access to the next batch at no extra charge

6. Waitlist / Pre-Enrolment

Joining the waitlist is completely free — no payment is taken at the waitlist stage. Refund terms apply only after you complete payment at the time of cohort opening.

7. GST and Transaction Fees

Refunds are processed for the full invoice amount. Razorpay payment gateway charges may be deducted by the payment processor in some cases — this is outside our control. Your GST invoice will show the refunded transaction.

8. Transfer of Enrolment

If you are unable to attend this batch, you may request a one-time transfer of your enrolment to the next cohort batch, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 5 days before the cohort start date. No cash refund is provided for transfers.

9. How to Request a Refund

2. Include your payment receipt or transaction ID
3. Briefly mention your reason (optional but appreciated)
4. We will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility
5. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
